"Hey! Come in fellow! My name is Chef Gordo and this is my restaurant.
Here you'll find the tradicional brazilian barbecue and ... uh... let me see,
some other fine stuff. Actually I am here in the cash machine because I caught my brother stealing the money, but I'm a Cooker for Christ sake, I belong to the kitchen!!
I don't know how to handle with bills and people who stare at my eyes, it scares me!
Well, let's not talk about this anymore, so take a sit over there, the waiter will
serve you in a minute! ...And do not worry about that cocaroachs... they´re everywhere!"

Brazilians were the first to raise cattle in South America. Churrasco (pronounced shoo-RAS-ko) or Brazilian barbecue is the traditional food of the Southern Brazil people. The meat was originally cooked over coals, usually in a pit dug in the ground, skewered in metal spits. The only seasoning was coarse salt. Today the churrasco is made in pits built in people's backyards with bricks or incorporated into a wall with decorative tiles around the edges.
